The set-up is designed to study Coriolli’s Component ofAcceleration of a slider crank mechanism. Here themechanical slider system is replaced by a continuousstream of water flowing through a steady rotating pair oftubes. These tubes can be rotated at various speeds byusing a swinging field motor which also acts asdynamometer. A Perspex window on top of the tank givesclear view of the process and prevents splash of thewater over the side of the tank
